Im stronger at close grip bench and narrow stance squats, for a while I tried to do what everyone else does which is a wide grip bench and a wide feet pointed outward squats but lately I’ve just been doing What feel best for ME and numbers are going up!!

The strips are meant to open up your air path more to allow better breathing. I don’t know the science behind it (actual studies), but hey give it a shot if interested.

how do you program your sbd days? im at the phase where i now figured out proper technique for the SBD and now im just getting stronger at them quickly when a dude ik told me i should start adding sbd days into my split. only prob is my split goes d1: squat, bench, legs. d2 bench, push. d3 deads back n bi's. d4 rest, which doesnt leave a whole lotta room for a dedicated SBD day. just some general tips would be massivly appreciaed.
