Sorry to spoil it to you xD You can fight the velvet attendants of each game but they have requirements to get their fight unlocked, which in this case Lavenza only requires you to be in NG+.

You have to get to 3rd semester in NG+ to fight Lavenza.

I mostly using gun that can inflict Shock status for my whole playthrough, but this strat doesn't require any specific gun to use. 4:00 is when I showed all my party members equipment.

I'm not really sure as I never played vanilla Persona 5, but if you haven't, doing her confidant helps her a lot and even then sometimes she's still not doing anything useful. In this particular case, if Oracle doesn't give you Charge+Concentrate then Skull should use Fighting Spirit over giving Hustle S to Queen.

In case you still wondering how the fight works, you need to attack her with the opposite element in phase 1, e.g. if she used Fire on her turn then you should use Ice, if it's Thunder then use Wind. She always buff herself with Kelpie which is the same persona she use for Wind, that's why she weak to Thunder before she's even attacking. In phase 3 she loses her resistance to Phys, and in phase 4 she loses her resistance to Almighty.

And no, you can't replace her with Violet, since the party order is determined based on their order joining the PT, not based on their Agility. You need Noir to be on the last turn for her to be efficient, bringing Violet/Crow will prevent Noir to be on the last turn.

IIRC, you can arrange the party in nearly any order you want by talking to them directly instead of using the Stats menu (with the Caveat that Joker is always first in battles with left-to-right turn order).
