Finding a flat wasn't tough, it was because there was a delay with us getting our Emirates ID's due to an admin issue. You can't do anything here like get a bank account or rent an apartment without your ID which was why we found the first few months tough. Look at apartments in different areas on places like PropertyFinder and Bayut, contact the agents that are posting the listings and they'll have so many more to show you, that's how we found ours! I have vlogs on this channel where I documented the process, have a look at those and let me know if you have any more questions 😊

Hi Hannah! Have been watching your videos from couple of weeks, and i must say all your videos are so so nice & super helpful :) I'm also a dog mom and planning to shift to Abu Dhabi in Oct. I wonder if you are able to suggest some nice pet friendly buidlings/neighbourhoods/communities to rent (something like yours - so that i could take my dog for good walks as well). My Office is in Khalifa City

Thank you so much! The area we live in is Al Raha and it's very dog friendly here and not far from Khalifa City at all! I can't suggest specific building as I don't have that info, but most of them are dog-friendly from my experience 😊
