@@Thebarbernelly they fit good, slight movement. The babyliss / Wahl with the metal clip would be the tightest fit.

Play is half the price & 2-3 times quieter. Metal instincts can fit all guards & come with double magnets vs the plastic jrl guards. Instincts 11,500 rpm vs play 6,000 & 7,500 rpm. I like the instinct better but there’s several factors. If you have anymore specific questions that can help me answer feel free to ask bro!

@@Mr.Oct___ I’d say the Lithium FX by Babyliss is the closest to the fast feeds. Low vibration and feeds well. Not the strongest clipper out but it’s a solid clipper

I’ve still got these years later and they’re fire for fading. Maybe not the best for bulk as time went on. I have the double magnets by Stylecraft and they have them all minus the 7&8 guard

If you buy those I’d recommend buying the fade blade atleast. The gold and silver 2020c are the same clipper.

I just got the ghost & honestly all the faults besides the white discoloring is what I’ve noticed. JRL should for sure look into selling a replacement top for when they eventually discolor & even of a more translucent bottom piece so we can see the run time more clearly

Have you tried the S/C tight guards? I like the regular double magnets though! The 0 just isn’t close enough so i use the tight one

The clippe is good but the trimmer is so bad… I waited all this time thinking it would be amazing. is too sharp out of the box when it's not even at zero gap, it's the only trimmer among all the ones I tried that hurt the skin like that. and by adjusting it no longer cuts anything at all. Very bad trimmer, I sent it back 👎🏼

I like both sets. Main differences to me is the rebel clippers are louder, Rebel guards are better, onyx has longer run time, Rebel trimmer rattles but hits hard out the box!

Sorry bro! If you love the original magic clip then it’s pretty close to that. I did not like it and has been in the box since this video. Metal magic clip & Wahl 1919 were better to me. What are your other options?

Hey bro, thanks for watching again! I got to use my friends skeleton piece and it does “fit” better but it still rattles like crazy. The trimmers hit and the clipper cuts really well but just not needing this many clippers I’ll probably sell this set. Not a bad price on them, just have so many extra clippers at the moment.

There’s a slight lip where you can see the factory paint so it’s not a perfect fit but there’s not an opening of that makes sense. Like a small patch of it being color less

Tpob is the jrl onyx in a different body 100%. Motor and sound is the same and so is the performance. Charge time motor speed and battery life is the same as well. Ive been telling people this lol

I believe so only difference is the way that the guards fit. I can get my babyliss premiums on the Jrl but I’d say the double magnet guards are best for the tpob play

Tbh they are super close. I’d say they feel like a very quality tool where the play is a great clipper if does feel cheap (it is only $133 after taxes and etc).

The rebels look nice but never really cared for them, alpha or the boost model by them just prefer their metal clippers or the ergo is goated. I was intrigued by the new rebel set tho! Yeah i was on JRL website and they kept selling out so i bought into the hype, definitely don’t disappoint!

I haven’t tried the instincts that had the metal back yet and in the near future it’s a possibility because you know I’m happy with what I got and I love the technology and instinct X in my opinion is just an amazing creation. Great economics is everything good about it. They cut basically at the same speed as if it was plugged into the socket so I had to just watch a video and see a little more with the new instincts are all about because I didn’t like the first instinct, just not just not for me”. The instinct X Is just next level I appreciate the technology and enjoy the craftsmanship that went into the creation of this monster machine. It just doesn’t die perform well on every haircut I used to blade.faper and fusion still blades. So great content and I’m gonna get back to the video so I can hear I’ll check out the video. I just wanted to add my two cents in the common section and like because I know I’m gonna like the video gray content.

The instinct X were my go to clipper for a long time. I paired it with the Fx one system and i felt like it was the best case scenario for me. Instinct X for fading was definitely my favorite. The FX one deal with bulk better and come with premium guards for the same price. The size and power of the instinct x are no joke! Wish mine wasn’t broken or i’d still be using them.
