Dancing and moving about in the spirit isca form of praise. When we come to jesus and the holyspirit starts to live in our hearts we are changed we want to cry out to jesus we are to let go and adore him with our bodies the Holy spirit quickens us and we move about its like an explosion of joy and remember David danced.
