Can you explain again about Saga Dawa???? What is Saga? I thought. Saga means name of the one star’s name. Dawa meaning month. Then Saga Dawa means….. when This Tibetan 4 month is coming that Saga star also coming together in the sky so, that’s why . Saga dawa.

As a Tulku and same Buddhist followers... I appreciate your noble work by teaching Buddhism in nepali language... But please stop criticizing Tibetan people by just hearing your grandfather false story... Do you have any evidence??? and research paper???regarding your grandfather stories about big Monastery in Tibet... sakA means name of Karma that appears in fourth month of Buddhist lunar calendar... That's why it's called saka dawa in Tibetan.. Do you have any proof that saka came from words BAiSakh??? This is just your thinking... We true Buddhist followers even don't know what baisakh itself is... Baisakh is the name of Hindu calendar...

Tulku la, Buddha was born in Nepal, flourished in India and practiced all over Tibet. Buddhism is best written in Tibetan language after Sanskrit. Tibetan calendar is totally based upon Buddhism. Nepal itself is Rich in culture and hindusim is practiced by majority of Nepali people. Therefore, Majority people here follows the hindu calendar 📆🗓️, Baisakh, Jestha, Magh and all.... This calendar has no any relations with Buddhist festival and all... For this you need to follow Buddhist calendar of 12 animals ( lo-khor-chu-nyi). Please do not add your personal wrong meaning to saka dawa... Baisakh itself has no any relation to saka dawa..baisakh is the name of hindu month... How you can relate with Buddhist events... SAKA is the name of moon 🌙..and during 4th month of Buddhist calendar this moon rises and sets .. Therefore we Buddhist name this month as SAKA Dawa ...

होइन हजुर मुख्य कारण र तथ्य प्रमाणहरू थाहा नभएकाले यो परिस्थिति आइपरेको हो । यो बुद्ध जयन्तीको बिषय मा पनि बिभिन्न देश अनुसार मिति गते साल हरू मद विभाजन भएता पनि अहिले मनाउने बुद्ध जयन्ती चै थाइल्याण्डका विद्धानहरुले धेरै पटक अनुसन्धान गरि बिभिन्न देशका विद्वानहरूले यसमा सहमत जनाई तय गरिएको बुद्ध जयन्ती हो भने यो केवल हिनयाना परम्परा अनुसार मनाइन्छ। सागदावा भनेको महिनाको नाम हो । सागदावा भनेको वैशाख महिना पनि होइन र वैशाख नि होइन।यो तिब्बतीयन पात्रो अनुसार बुद्ध जयन्ती चै सागदावा महिना पर्ने भएकाले सागदावा भनिएको हो। यो महायाना बौद्ध परम्परा अनुसार मनाइने गरिन्छ। यो पनि तिब्बतका धेरै बौद्ध विद्वानहरूले अनुसन्धान गरि प्राप्त गरिएको फल हो । बुद्ध जयन्ती मा यस्तो मद विभाजन कसरी भएको त भन्दा उहिले अहिलेको जस्तो पात्रोको चलनचल्ती थिएन। उहिले अहिलेको जस्तो पात्रोको चलनचल्ती भए, अहिले यस्तो मद विभाजन आउने थिएन। अहिले हामीले मनाउने बुद्ध जयन्ती चै विद्वानहरूले धेरै दुख कष्ट गरि अनुसन्धान गरिएको फल हो । त्यस कारण बिरोध प्रदर्शन गर्नु भन्दा यसको खोज अनुसन्धान तिर लाग्नु जरुरी छ ।
