you can solo them in marauders, pretty neat to see it done with a carrier. Its optimal to skynet a carrier on a fort or astra then have the marauder on the site running it.

swap webs with tracking computers, use 2x faction large emp smartbombs for frigates, 1x can also work depends on how quick you want the frigs dead and how much you wanna put into the fit, but use faction emp smartbombs i use a vargur for blitzing c3, and i know others who use pallies for c3 the mjd isnt necessary, it might provide a bit of safety but you can't mjd in bastion anyways, and bastion is now 1 min long id suggest dual cap batteries to tank sites and run smartbombs, then tracking comps dual t2 ccc rigs in rigs awakened defenders (cruisers at 15kms) will be hard to apply to when they get into orbit so try and snipe them during their approach when their mwds are running and they are approaching you in a straight line
