I don’t want to upset you more but it’s based on a true story a man called Josef Fritzl and a girl called Elizabeth Fritzl, he got life in jail and she lives in a mental institution now.

This is a true story. It did not happen in the US. I think it was Germany but not 100% sure.

Even if it's just a movie but remembering that this was based on a true event just horrifies me and giving birth without any medical eye is just sick. Imagining the pain Elizabeth suffered just breaks my heart. She's a wonderful,strong and tough woman🙌🏻
