I'm so glad that you enjoyed this song! I'm from Italy and here almost no one liked that video. It's so refreshing to see someone Who truly understands what Die Antwoord was doing!

It's a glimpse into how Neil Peart envisioned New York and London when he was there. They were Muses and sources of inspiration for him. He wrote his thoughts and sights down on paper and Geddy sang them beautifully, while playing one of my favorite bass lines

I really liked your reactions. Calling this a cover is downplaying it. It is so much more than a copy or adaption. This is a reimagining of an already great piece.

Great band. Horace Andy is the guest vocalist and a major reggae artist in his own right. They’re from Bristol in the UK. This is from their third album, Mezzanine. They’ve got a lot of old reggae influences but a lot of their earlier tracks are more soulful. They feature different vocalists on each album (but they always use Horace Andy on some tracks). More great songs from them include Unfinished Symphony, Protection, Teardrop, Pray For Rain. They are still together but only with 2 of the 4 original members. They have only released 5 albums since they started releasing songs in 1990 but I’m sure their fans including me would love another! When they play live they wrap you in sound and the bass thuds through your chest. Great band.

Tim is a comedian.. and a singer, a composer, an actor, an advocate, an inspirational speaker, and clearly a master of the keys. He wrote the music for the musical Matilda, he played Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar, and on and on. To really get an example of how good he plays, check out his song Dark Side (awesome version). There are so many great songs from him, some funny, some sweet, some very dark, some with a powerful mesaage. You can't go wrong! Great reaction!

Originally Floor was sent by Allfather Odhinn to Midgard to gather the souls of fallen warriors to Valhalla, but she got distracted and joined a series of bands. However, Floor still gathers souls by her grace, beauty and the sheer power of her vocals. We give thanks for her at our Blots regularly and hope that Odhinn won't notice that she has never returned to Asgard. ALL HAIL THE VALKYRIE GODDESS!!! The Nightwish Army is incoming! You're not ready! Nightwish Army Gulf Coast Florida Black Company reporting for duty!

Appreciate your reaction, but it appears the twist completely went over your head. Violet was the mother of Jenny and Screech. As she died after giving birth, and with the father presumably in prison (for killing her), her twins would've gone into care, got seperated and grew up (at lest till the age of 14), not knowing each other. Hence, Screech wouldn't have known he'd just killed his sister.

There's another dark twist when you consider the fact that Jenny is a 14 year old girl walking the streets late at night in high heels wanting to escape.

Oh Tim is always brilliant! The misdirection at the start is so clever, but especially as it is a misdirection in itself as the whole song is actually about that original word we were all thinking about 😂. Just substituted with a word that is safer to laugh along with. He has many fantastic songs, some laugh out loud funny, others just beautifull. Always brilliant though!

Jacob's ladder is a title that refers to the biblical episode in the old testament when Jacob falls asleep and has a vision of hosts of angels upon a vsst spiral ladder or stairway that connects heaven and earth. The song is an expressive description of a lightening storm that suddenly clears and shafts of sunlight come bursting down through the clouds. The last verse is stating that when we look up and see something wonderous like that our dreams and imagination is triggered and like Jacobs dream, we concieve of marvelous things.
