Terrible advice. Buy the home you can afford. Don’t expect to be able to re-finance later on. No one knows where rates are going. And homes do not appreciate endlessly, stop telling people these lies. If the fed has to lower interest rates next year given the high inflation environment we’re in, this could very well mean, something is wrong in the economy and the people need stimulus. Don’t think that will mean your house will be worth more than it is now, and you can only re-finance later on if your house is worth more than what you bought it for. Then you have no way to refinance your home. To everyone watching this, please do not date the rate smh
