Vigilance and obsessive cleaning. It’s the only way. Once you get hit you will be fighting them for years. Daily. They can come from anywhere.

These sachets or smell sheets don’t do anything, one needs a moth trap for clothing. Speaking from experience.

But the repellents only work on adults (flying ones); if you have eggs or larvae infestation, even moth balls are useless! Trust me, I’ve been fighting an infestation for past 4 months and they just won’t die !!! Even I spray insecticide once a week, the eggs & larvae hide in the shelf crevices and come out later. The eggs/larvae are so difficult to kill.
