Yes your wake windows are helpful, but also in conjunction with sleep cues. I will say from my experience, I am currently trying to separate nursing from sleep times because my baby became dependent on being nursed to sleep so when she (now 17 months) will wake up in the middle of the night and want to nurse for comfort even though she doesn't need to eat. So I am currently training her away from that by nursing 30 min prior to sleep time in a location not associated with sleep. This also helps with putting her down sleepy but not asleep and then I will sit in her room until she falls asleep. Once she can lie down without crying I won't sit in her room anymore. Every baby is different so it will just take trial and error on your part. Consistency is key ❤

Mine now stands up in her crib if she is not fully asleep and then I eventually have to pick her up and try to soothe her back down. It’s so hard!

I typically have all milk chilled before freezing, just because I never freeze right after pumping. I do feel safe mixing chilled milk with warm milk when I portion bottles. I am more cautious about not mixing milk from different days

What are the collection cups for exactly? Instead of pumping or use them in addition to pumping? Is it just supposed to sit and collect what leaks out?

Not instead of pumping but to collect extra milk that would otherwise soak your clothes. I’d say mainly in addition to breastfeeding, like if you are feeding on one boob, put a collection cup on the other.

Omg I would totally add everything bagel seasoning if it didn’t have salt ! This is hemp hearts to make the pit ‘slightly’ less slippery and also good for baby

Our grandchild's first tooth just came through. She is eight months old, sits and eats nicely. She can hold a cup without a lid and drink from it. It's quite amazing to us.

If you think you have a clogged duct, cold compress helps + anti inflammatory . If your pump is not working for you, you might want to play with settings, add nipple lubricant(I use coconut oil), see that pump parts do t need to be replaced etc. 🤞🏼 good luck!
