I enjoy most of Zappas music but funnily enough, I’d have to say the reggae performance they all did was in my opinion the weakest song here. I wonder why they decided to play that over progressive

At a time when Heep wasn't getting good press from the "Rolling Stone" set, one great reviewer called them the "Beach Boys of Hard Rock" - man, I wish I could have met that fellow ... that's what Heep was to me. Loved them. Byron was the voice and the showman many rockers of the time should have been. Thain, Hensley, Kerslake and Box rounded out the best and most influential Heep lineup ever, IMHO.

I was 14 when I saw Uriah Heep open for KISS in Minneapolis. So yeah. I bought the UH live album and love it still, Gary Thain is a monster on that bass. Great live band, not sure if the records do them justice.

David Byron was an alcoholic. He never knew what country or state he was in. That's why he died so young. He loved alcohol more than he loved life.

Uriah Heep and Wishbone Ash are two bands that weren't always well served by recording techniques and technologies of the time. Wish i could have been in the room with them when they were playing.

The talent in Uriah Heep was off the charts! It is so sad that Gary & David had to leave at such and early age. If they would have stayed together, no telling where this band would have ended. Anyway to me they were the best rock band of the late 60's & 70's period!
