love the idea of a few simple things that any of us can do to build our confidence. I really agree with Ciaran on taking action to create success to build confidence. Nothing build confidence like success. And what is success - the progressive realisation of a predetermined, worthwhile, personal goal. It is a thing of the present moment. When we take action on these three hacks we are being successful and confidence grows.
