Praise the plastic welder/stapler! I use it too, great tool. Nice job getting those fenders stabilized and back to use.

I purchased one of these plastic welders after watching a previous video you posted. What a gem of a tool. So far fixed plastics on a 300ex, cr125, and a wheel barrow 👍

I didn’t know they made staples that broke off flush. I’ve been using a sanding disc on an angle die grinder to smooth all that area. 🤔

Awesome video as always!!! I recently did my ‘84 200ES plastics with hot staplers. Wish I would’ve saw this first. I took them totally off, needed extra set of hands. Keep up the awesome work

29:52 of course i feel the need to nit pick.... but i would try to break the habit of laying sharp pointy tools on seats, yes this one is a rider but thats a bad habit when you're working on an 86 250r with a beautiful original seat

Some of those staples I’ve bought have little notches in them so you can break the excess part off rather than snipping them and leaving a sharp edge, Oh yeah and the field expansions is looking good, time to stump it

When I was younger I tore down my 350X and customized it. I had all my plastics, seat and tank blacked out. I added red accents to it with all red decals on the plastics and seat as well as the piece around the headlights. I even customized the graphics as I was able to get my hands on some original all red Honda wing decals that I put on the tank extensions..She held up pretty good for a long time. I now have a black Polaris sportsman that I accented with a construction orangish/yellow and it really pops on the black. In my experience you cant go wrong with black as a custom color...they always sell as long as its done nicely
