Un professional work the way he is struggling to open the laptop shows he is not well trained and first of all you need to discharge the battery before removing any components but this idiot is not doing that

Did you add a ram stick? I thought usually the 4gb ram model has a 4gb ram soldered in, and another slot to upgrade with additional ram
