I dont understand this. Both my natural doctors to me to śtay as far away from bananas as i can. There very constapating. Then when I told my gut I use olive oil in apple juice he said there's something in apples that's also constapating. Man I wish summertime out there had it right. Especially for those of us who want desperatly to stay natural but are so far in the red zone it seems like there's no way out. Been battling a life time with this and granted I really don't have a right to complain because of my eating habits. But on the other hand there's all these things out there that people swear work when nothing else does. 8 just wish one of them truly did work like they say it will. I'm in a real bad way with this and being that after 2 back to back broken necks my mobility issues certainly don't help. I need something, anything that can help without requiring alot of exercise. Paying for the daredevil ways of my youth, has come at a high cost, but the last thing I would have thought it'd cost me is just being able to go the bathroom. Anyone else out there that has anything they know to be beneficial, this is me asking for help to basically turn, or begin to turn this around when it's at its worst possible point. Time is critical so I'm not in need of something that's takes 1,2,3 months to start working. Thankyou, Ginger

I have an iPhone 12 pro and I have connected it with wi-fi and it works fine through wi-fi however when I place my iPhone in the dock the green light on the front turns off and sound only comes from the phone have you experienced that or know how to fix it?
