They look nice. But I personally think these types of trainers made for football/soccer don’t translate well over to lifestyle wear mainly due to the outsole being made of small studs, similar to Sambas, Field Generals as well

They fit larger than the OG air max plus because of the upper. I found true to size ok as with an air max plus I tend to go up half a size. Were all different I suppose

At the moment shorts. They work great with a pair of indigo denim jeans. Just make sure you roll up the jeans a bit so the colour doesn’t bleed on the upper. Have had this happen before on other trainers.

I don’t think they do half a size. Otherwise I would say go true to size. If you are wearing with thick socks or have a wide foot maybe better to go up half a size. Otherwise without socks half a size down. Hope that helps. They should loosen up the more you wear them as well

Depends on if you like to wear basketball sneakers. These are a bit more heavy than usual and on the firm side. They are more like sneaker/boots rather than trainers to me.

That’s why I bought them originally. Just not a fan of the material and look.

Thanks for the feedback. I have a wide foot so I went up half a size. If you have a narrow foot then true to size should work. Campus 00’s fit big as far as I remember so I go true to size on those. The bad bunnies have a double tongue and double heel pad so that takes up a bit of space. Although you can remove the second tongue.

I get it. I went two sizes down and found the fitting fine to begin with but I think once they bend and wear in you lose the toebox space. So IMO whole size down but understand if it was two sizes lower for you.

I wear a smaller size so the price wasn’t too ridiculous on resale

Nice, I got the brown and green pair. They were sitting for a little while on the day of release then sold out by the next day.

It’s difficult to tell now which sneakers you should wait for to go on sale and which ones sell out because they have stripped back on stock. I was expecting a lot of stock and for them to sit at least in smaller sizes. Thankfully they aren’t too bad on the resale market regardless.

I personally wouldn’t for hygiene reasons and also because it is a rubber material which means you will most likely sweat a lot

They are a slightly thicker cut of suede. They do tend to break in a bit. With a size 9 maybe tighten up the laces so more so you don’t get heel slippage? With a 8.5 you can try and stretch out the laces as wide as you can.

The invincible run 3 is soft on foot but the new balance 1080 is softer. You have to get used to the stability on the 1080’s though. Usually with a recovery shoe I thought you go on the firmer side right? I have been using a Salomon RX Moc. They aren’t soft though but gives you that barefoot feeling with not much tech. All depends on what you need. Softer isn’t always better and it is good to change up the comfort for foot health from what I understand. Both the 1080 and invincible run 3 are great for running purposes.

I haven’t reviewed the New balance rebel v4 but that is supposed to be even softer. I am waiting for the collab version to come out then will drop a review in a few weeks on those.

There is nothing similar to invincible 2. If you can wait until August, my bet is on the nb more v5.
