The post man is supposed to put the mail for the tenants into their post office box in the apartment bldg. The fact that Schneider has Anne's mail, means he went into her post office box downstairs, and took her mail to give it to her. He is breaking the law every time he does that. And Schneider can be such a dick and very insensitive many times. Laughing at the fact that Anne's father may have been having an affair. That is not funny. He can be very sick and twisted sometimes.

3:03 Does Schneider that that when he enters Ann's apartment without knocking? By law in my state, maintenance/management MUST give a 24-hour notice. But then, Ann never set him straight nor does she put the chain on her door. Stupidity abounds with these people.
