Pretty sure bikes have limiters so the meet the requirements for street legal. Different classes of ebikes have different limits from 20-28 mph.

AMAZING Video, just a suggestion, when you did the initial 20MPH test you did it on a really bumpy course, I feel it would go a lot faster on flat ground...
