Pedagogically, this was outstanding, and a remarkably good and clear exposition of the psychological impact of how incidental finding of SRMs on patients, alongside patients' perceptions of prognostic scenarios. I believe in follow up surveillance for SRMs is the best way forward. Well done Wisconsin, and Professor Abel. 🙂

I think you limited your research to western countries, but Kalkarni has a high volume centre and has published on his substitution urethroplasty “Kalkarni” which has greatly improved outcomes while preserving sexual function.

Excellent talk, I am considering the HoLEP procedure in the new year, 2024. I am a UW alumni (Edu '75), now retired in San Diego, this video caught my attention. I have watched several talks and actual surgeries on uTUbe, Dr Krambeck and others and very much enjoyed Dr Manakas' talk. I have met with a urologist here, Dr. Tracy Mariens who trained at Vanderbilt and Mayo. for an exam and her explanation of this procedure.I feel very confident after watching these that this surgery is the best one out there for me.
