You could test it without the voltage meter by just pulling it out , plugging it in , and accessory mode to the ignition , and then put metal to it . See if it makes a noise , if it does it’s working.

Thank You for video. My daughter has a 2012 500. Speedo stopped working but just before that the fuel gauge stopped too. The fuel gauge switched back on after she turn off ignition and re-started. Now everything works but the speedo still not working. Have you any ideas what I should be checking? Thanks
