My mom got in a crash almost a year ago, and she's had some problems driving. Her anxiety would spike, heart would race, etc etc. She had some trouble sleeping for a while. Her brain would flip out and spam "YOU'RE GONNA DIE!!". She still has some trouble with sleep and driving, but she's gotten better as she drove more, and did some sleep rituals. I know being sleep deprived is tough, but you'll pull through. I can't sleep because I always daydream, and draw at night. To anyone that's dealing with stress, anxiety, insomnia, anything of the sort.. You'll be okay. I know you'll be able break free of your chains, and set aside your inhibitions. I myself am still working on it, but I believe i can do it. And I believe you can too. So, please.. Make sure to stay safe, eat healthy, take your meds (if you need them), have a blessed week, and an amazing holiday.

Dude same. But I'm not even anxious. Not anymore anyways. And I don't have nightmares since I was 11. My brain just refuses to sleep for 2 hours at least, usually 3. And then it wakes up the second the sun rises.

This video is real as shit my man. I got some insomnia too, it's not too bad usually, but I sometimes sleep very little and tend to fall asleep most naturally right after school (specifically after lunch). Hear me out on what I did (this didnt fix my condition, but it significantly improved it), I'm almost sure you're going to be skeptical but I believe it's a good idea for my experience and different recent (or at least not old) studies. Melatonin replacement. Hold on my african american friend, I know what you're thinking: "won't I get more resistant to melatonin by supplementing with it and creating an addiction?" Well, that might happen but apparently only up to a certain point, since it seems that the receptors, IF they downregulate at all, they do only up to a certain point, which means you can saturate them every time with enough melatonin. I suggest you look at leo and longevity's video on melatonin replacement and then confirm this yourself before trying; I believe that the greatest risk with this comes from the possibility that the studies were funded by big melatonin to sell more sleep, but it has helped me sleep more consistently. Specifically I use 10mg of slow release and 10mg of fast release melatonin, which leo says is too much because it makes REM sleep too prevalent against deep sleep, but I think my insomnia might also be caused by a natural low sensibility to melatonin, so it makes sense I would have to take more of it. I still don't fall asleep too easily but I do better than before and I stay asleep. The only thing that might not have gotten better is waking up, that is still always a battle. Good luck

If you need sleep take a low dose of sleep medication it gets you a little relaxed but you can easily fight it off if you want but can sleep easier mainly on your own time Edit I'm not a pharmacist just using my experience

lowkey im scared of getting insomnia bc my sleep rutine has goten worse these months and its so much pain when it comes to school.My sister has insomnia and her solution was to take pills of sleep that makes her sleep for some hours or days but i hope you can find a solution that will help you.Btw your greatest positive animator i've seen so far keep it up !!! 🗣

bru the feeling pain in ur nightmares is so real, like 30 minutes ago i woke up from a nightmare about a skl shooting. ive had these nightmares b4 nd everytime i can feel the pain right when it happens nd after i wake up (i still feel it in my liver😓)

Damn, I usually sleep fine but when I'm stressed I go to bed as usual at the normal time, then wake up after 2 hours in a sweat or my brain is thinking of some dumbass rules and then I can't sleep for 4 hours straight.

What you are discussing is relatable half of the year for me. I don't know why I have it. Been like that since I was a kid apparently. It's just back then I tried to have a rigid sleep scedule and that helped. But the moment I shift my schedule just a bit and it's screwed. Not just struggling to fall asleep but also waking up too early. Like after 4-5 hours of sleep. What is worse is that during summer it's almost impossible to fix. Fix being me medicating hard with supplements and melantonin in hope I fall aleep. The best thing I did this summer was bording up my window. This mostly fixed it but it had the added benefit of turning me into a vampire and it's not like where I live rn we get a lot of sunlight, so folks tend to be happy when it shows up. Also missing on that vital vitamin d. Exersising helps sometimes too but exersising sleep deprived is already pretty difficult. Anyway I wish you manage to find ways to sleep from time to time at least. Being well rested is one of the best experiences I have during those periods.

Bro ima girl and me and my friends where hanging with some other kids when the weirds guy came * ima call him jas * he came over to us girls and barked at us so we all just started at him and he also did uhh many things but one was this guy we were playing some game idk but he hides and jas come up and just starts staring at this kid and he was very uncomfortable so I look at jas and … I shoved him away and there was a different kid that was 2 or 3 years older then me at the time and he chased me and tooled me that if I annoyed him to much that he would pick me up and put me on his shoulder….. so I looked over at the other kid that was with me for help and he just told him to go… so some good stories that I wanted to tell
