Sorry for the long ranting video: Instructions for the 4 stretches from Joe Hippensteel's UHP program: Consult a professional before doing any exercises or movements. This is for entertainment purposes only. *** If you do not feel comfortable or safe enough to do the twisting stretches, move in a way you feel safe, skip what you don’t need and try “the founder” exercises*** - Get completely warmed up with heating pads. Do not stretch cold. - Let pain be your guide. Go up to a level 7 of discomfort, sharp pain or spasms, stop immediately. - 10 seconds isometric holds agains the muscles you want to stretch. 2 min holds at a level 6-7 discomfort level stretch. 1 minute in the "dead zone" (Lying down and relaxing) - Repeat 3-5 times per side. - Per Joe H this can be done as many times as you want, as consistently as you want, the more hours you log, the better, as long as you are not going past a level 7 in discomfort. The stretch should be gentle and be able to open up your body more and more. 1: Indian style leaning forward. Can lean back if your body is in extreme pain. Use heating pads on painful areas. 2: Indian style leaning to right or left. Hand presses gently on your knee away from the stretched side. 3: Lying with leg over to your left or right. 4: Double quad stretch. Just work to sit on your heals until that is comfortable. Only start leaning backwards if your back and body allows. If this is to hard, look into easier stretches such as somatics for releasing quads and Psoas muscles. Founder instructions can be found here: The founder 1: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gaGbZad5oLOcfMk The founder 2: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eIi5Z56bf7p3m9E

The fat thing is so true! I'm 150 pounds overweight. I am literally carrying around two move me plus some. I say I'm fat and I get the whole "don't talk about yourself that way" or " you're not fat, you're fluffy." I always then say "fine. I'm skinny. The skinniest. So thin." With as much sarcasm as I can muster. Why is telling the truth such a bad thing? I'm fat. But that's not all I am. And being fat isn't bad. Being unhealthy isn't good. I'm working on my health and if that means I end up losing 150+ pounds, then great. My knees and back will thank me. Until then, don't sugarcoat my obesity.

thanks for the video. i'll probably be doing this soon on my moms car... someone else already pointed out about the upper being at it's resting position with load on the suspension. i'd suggest correcting that to prevent premature failure. you can remove the wheel, put a jack under the spindle, and loosen those bolts and tighten them back fairly easily. also something else to mention. it's a good idea to lubricate those rubber bushings with silicone lube to prevent them from squeaking prematurely as well. DON'T use WD40 or petroleum based lubes.. it will cause them to swell and break down. get a can of silicone spray when/if you decide to loosen and retighting those upper control arm bolts. perfect time to do it.

It could be, but I had coilovers on my car and it was making this same noise. Swapped back to stock suspension and was still making the noise. Everytime I go over a small bump or anything, it squeaks like this. Pretty sure it’s the control arm(s). I changed my sway bar bushing thinking that was the issue, it wasn’t. Which leads me to believe it’s the control arms
