I just want to let you know. Singh and Kaur was the name given to those who promised to give their heads to Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Its disrespectful to sikhs to take the name if you have not committed to the faith at the amrit sanchar ceremony. Our ancestors have given their lives for this identity given to us by our Gurus. I apologize if you've already given yourself to this path but if not someone is misleading you. 🙏

You are right 100% brother, the Yogi's teaching are from Udasi Sikhs Baba Sri Chand Ji, real Singh Kaur are from the 10th Guru Gobind Singh Ji

@nickcryptopuna2736 his teachings are not from baba sri chand ji. Yogi bhajan followed someone who said he had Darshan of baba sri chand ji. Baba virsa singh from Delhi. Yogi bhajan eventually got into a fight with him and started his own cult. He got his followers to go to amritsar to take amrit. Most of them didn't even know what he was doing. They practice a practice created by yogi bhajan with his own mantars focused around yoga. The udasi lineages gave never to do with this group. Baba Gurditta was given to Baba Sri Chand ji by Sri Guru Har Gobind Sahib ji. He started 4 udasi orders. So the udasi samparda has nothing to do with yogi bhajan. Yogi bhajan mixed everything together around yoga to create a cult.

@@ramindersingh1360 the original sect all started from Baba shri chand, obviously from there, there was some off shoots. Essentially they all follow the same Hatha yoga school of thought, the source started from baba shri chand. Read it up brother, infact there is a very intelligent Sikh brother on KZbin who shows all Sikh lineages and off shoots, really fascinating to watch.
