C drive is missing winload.exe, quite bad 1. Boot into a windows pe 2. Press shift + F10 3. Use disk part to mount the C drive 4. Mount the install.wim image using DISM (look up tutorial - sounds complex but very simple :)) 5. Copy WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winload.exe from the wim image to your mounted drive This might fix it, but depending on the drive, the HDD may be failing and need to be replaced

Try reseating your ram and if you can change speed in the bios try that but I would reset the bios to defaults and remove the cmos battery for 10 mins and try replacing the ram worst case scenario your hard drive has died. It could also be incorrect over clock setting doing the above should resolve it. (Or go into recovery and rebuild your MBR and BCD all of these steps should resolve it. ) Possibly a last step is that the gpu has died but not likely. I see now it's a dell you should run the built-in bios diagnostic's and it will repair your computer. (But do try the steps above). The good thing about dell is they use ecc ram and it should repair the ram automatically. Through the diagnostics.

UhhhIf you want to fix this error without any hassle, reinstalling windows is the fastest, as for data... well, I have this way but you need a USB and another computer to download the file and partition to copy. run out of your data 1:Take a second computer and plug in the USB 2:Find hiren boot cd or other rescue kits 3:Download and download rufus to create a USB through the rescue kit ISO and add a Windows ISO (you should use a USB with a capacity of 16GB or more to have enough space for both) 4:Plug it into the faulty device and find the key to enter the boot menu according to each brand 5:Choose to boot into usb and go to drive c, user and copy what you need from drive c 6:Copy everything to an external partition and then reinstall Windows without losing data
