Only negative with this fix is the new noise it introduces when clutch is fully pressed down, the spring catches the metal pedal, better than no clutch at all mind... i plan on using a couple zip-tie to hold some fabric in place to dull it

It works, 1 thing to add put the black grommet onto the cable before greasing or it will wipe it all off if u put on after. i paid £11 for my cable kit from amazon. Make sure you have sharp cable cutters to get a nice cut, (normal pliers are no good I tried several) I got from screwfix £6 as couldn't find mine. Thanks for the video much appreciated 👏 👍 bravo

I was getting digger wirk around the back. There was a black drum of diesiel. And i also had a black drum of Hydrochloric acid. Dumb balls takes that and fucks it in the diesel hole.

I replaced the cable on my 2007 S-Max today using the XR8 kit and it is working fine. I was able to do it with taking just the centre console top trim, cup holder, one panel in the driver footwell and two panels from the passenger footwell. It was awkward to fit but I managed it although I dropped the small screw from the XR8 kit and had to buy a cheap magnetic picker from Amazon to retrieve it from where it was wedged. I was lucky that it was retrievable and I out down a sheet of paper to catch any dropped items when I continued. Initially I could not fit the bolt any I realised that the rubber bung mentioned in the video was still in place. This was tricky to remove but I eventually managed it but using a broad screwdriver blade on a small multitool to push the inside side on the bung and then pushed it through the hole using a small hex key. I used a small Wera rachet to tighten the nut. It was fiddly and took a while but I was happy that I did not have to remove all the centre console trim. Many thanks for XR8 for providing this item which saved me a trip to the garage and £££.

I have a 2013 Skoda Superb with DSG (Dry Transmission). It get's stuck in 2nd, 4th, 6th while cold, but once warms up after 25 minutes or so usually no issue. Do you think this Kit will help?

if the car is flashing the prnd and I have a fault for hydraulic pressure and i removed the cover of mechatronic but I don’t see any cracks but the fluid is coming out from the berthing valve, the accumulator is not getting unscrewed no matter how much I tried. What should I do please any advise ?

you fellas ytterly neglected to show removal and refittment of the forward fuel line on the fuel cooler - this has a different fitting and a different way to remove - not too helpfull as there is little info on remving this fuel fitting! - otherwise a good and helpfull vedio

I bought this part and as a fully qualified tech fitted it today , remove fuel rail wiring harness then manifold, fit part as supplied refit items then clear code all OK now 👍 Job took me an hour
