On lightning Link I do things a little differently. I usually start out at 10 cent denim $5 bet then after awhile if nothing then I switch to 1 cent $5 bet.

I have always heard the same from those in the slot/casino industry. I was convinced that I had found a winning strategy on a few machines at a casino near me because the first few times that I went there I walked out with a decent amount of money. Well, I knew that I was delusional to think that but it seemed like I had truly discovered a way that would work consistently. The next few times that I went those machines sucked my wallet dry. Lol. I think a lot of people have winning streaks that convince them they have found that winning strategy when in reality it is just good luck. It has always amazed me how, with a random number generator on machines, some days you can go inside and almost every machine that you get on you’ll win some money, sometimes a decent amount. Then the next time you go you can play on the same machines and not win a damn thing. I was playing pinball slots one day and kept hitting bonus after bonus. It was a profitable afternoon. Another lady swooped in on the machine I was playing on just as soon as I cashed out. I went to another machine nearby to play for a bit and could hear her over there on that machine. I never heard the bell ring a single time and she didn’t sit there long. Some days you go in and every push of the button seems to get you a win. Then other days you can go in and every push of the button is a loss. That’s just good or bad luck is what it boils down to. People often think that random numbers in a random number generator are always generated in an evenly spread out fashion, with no numbers generated consecutively or clustered around each other. In reality a random number generator can sample a batch of random numbers and they can cluster around each other and even have consecutive numbers. I’ve seen powerball or mega millions before where several numbers were consecutive and where 4 or 5 of the numbers were all in the same decade number (40’s 50’s etc). Doesn’t look very random but it is. It is quite amazing how luck works for people. There is one strategy that I do know that can work in a casino. That is to be content with leaving with a smaller dollar amount of winnings. Everyone wants to hit the big jackpots! But if you go in there playing for the big jackpot and only the jackpots, you will walk away with nothing almost every time. If you are ok with leaving with several hundred dollars above what you went in with, maybe a thousand or more, that is much more likely to happen. You just have to be disciplined. The machines are set to have decent odds of hitting smaller to mid range prize amounts. No one would play if you couldn’t win anything. Most times that I have went to a casino I could have walked away with several hundred dollars and a few times several thousand dollars. But, I started chasing bigger prizes and guess what, the casino got those winning back plus my bankroll for the day. So the strategy is to be disciplined. Yes, sometimes you can take a decent win and play higher bets on another machine, walking away with even more money. But, the odds are stacked against you the longer you stay. If you hit a few good sized wins right after arriving. Cash those tickets out and leave! Out of all the times I have come to a casino, and that’s quite a few times,lol, I could have easily walked out with more than I went in with if I had simply cashed out the ticket and left. I could have done that well over half of my visits to the casino. You have to be disciplined! If you play with discipline, you won’t win every time you go. There are just some days that you will not get any decent wins no matter what you do…it happens sometimes. But you will increase your chances of leaving with extra money quite a bit. As for game strategy, it’s random, period.
