I had an almost similar experience. I went to varsity to do a course I didn’t like . I quickly de registered and went to rewrite matric and do my NBT’s . That was last yr now I am in medicine . It’s never too late . Keep trying.

Hey love. If you still want medicine you can apply for a change of course send it to the nmu administration office related to medicine (make sure u follow up). My friend was doing a bcom accounting in 2022 (her first semester marks were as u mentioned yours) and she wrote nbts and yeah bthatha 2023. Also pray about it.
