I feel you there. also I had Hot Shot when I was younger, I had the legends class version of him, so I have a fond joy of him. but, I think the yellow/red/orange is cool. not only is it a reference to Hot Rod, but something about that "Epsilon" (or whatever the red repaint of this was called) colorscheme speaks to me. I just think it worked better on Armada Hotshot and not on _this_ hotshot. just, instead of aping Hot Rods' colorscheme (the original and also the Powerlinx Hotshot) or Bumblebees' colors, I'd rather Hotshot have his own colorscheme.

looks like a viper if you squint hard enough but yeah, this is the major problem with Legacy - just massacring designs. also shouldn't Shadowstriker have mismatched limbs? (prolly based on her old look)

Ever since i knew about this figure I always thought this would be done. Great job! I too am a fan of wangan midnight (it deserves more exposure imo). I do have suggestions to make it look better. The Lazy Eyebrow has printed some headlights that make it look like the S30Z in the anime, and he also made some wheels for replacing those mushroom pegged ones.

for one reason or another, I feel like Wheeljacks' exposed robot head is a reference to X-Brawn from RID2001 - I think in RID01, X-Brawn had Visible Head Syndrome in the show. which is funnier considering how in Bumblebee, Charli looked down and saw Bumblebees' head in his chassis. So I think HasTak both loves referencing things, and wanted to put the "you can see their head in altmode" thing in-canon

In my opinion, Stuntman Mike’s 69 Charger is more better than his 71 Nova, because I personally don’t like the car for two reasons: 1: it’s a Chevy and I hate Chevys; and 2: with the skull on the hood, it’s pretty devilish.

I mean I like both cars but I just happen to prefer the charger because as a villain car it's less obvious than the Nova because of the skull decal on the hood and I am more a Mopar guy. I do like that both cars have the Ducky hood ornament from Convoy because it gives character and on the Charger it has the same plate as the one in Dirty Marry Crazy Larry, another car chase classic.

I mean, that tank mode is kinda reminding me of Prime Shockwave's tank mode - also he didn't transform into _anything_ in DOTM either. The only time(s) you see Movieverse Shockwave have an alt-mode, is in the '07 game and in that, they had him as a triplechanger

I honestly wish we would get that version of him as a triple changer, that design from the 07 game was awesome. Also I don't mind him being a tank because of the obvious toy/gun safety laws, I just wish It looked better.

The Bayverse Wreckers are so cool, but I wonder if it's just me who thinks there should be a fourth one? Like, them as a trio is good and all, but a yellow one somewhere in there just caps the whole thing off for me. Speaking of Leadfoot, I find his beer gut funny. The Wreckers in my story are more than just the ones here, Bulkhead, Ironhide, Big Daddy, Makeshift, Greenlight, Swindler and Hotshot (Which I all I all looked at in the past) are part of my own version of race car patrol as muscle car patrol and they're also members of the wreckers due to their history in the underground fight clubs on cybertron.

Nice video! I'm a bit surprised that your videos aren't gaining much views. Mine (which are unedited I only cut the videos by pausing the camera) gain more views for less. That doesn't make sense. You have 850 subs.

It's really just based on luck, YT's algorithm will always favor more popular and trend based videos. As for me I am just thankful to have any audience at all. It's one of the reasons I do this more as a fun hobby than anything else. Still I appreciate those who drop by or even enjoy my content given I don't have the budget or production quality of bigger channels. Anyway thanks for watching, Cheers!

It's based on my actual classic car (a 1975 AMC Matador Brougham Wagon) its one of two hand made models that I commissioned a few years ago (I also did a video on them as well). It was my first car I bought at 19 (same age as my dad when he bought his first car) and has been my social media mascot ever since. I've put tons of time and money into the car with my dad as it got me through a really bad time in my life after leaving a really bad relationship and tons of self destructive behavior. For obvious reasons the car holds tons of sentimental value so I had models made for as a way of immortalizing the memory of my first car and being a car guy is a very important thing to me. To put it simple the car saved my life in a way and the memories its holds are important to me. Being a toy/model car collector, having my own personal car made just for is also pretty awesome and accomplished feeling. Anyway I hope you enjoyed the lore behind the classic that helped me form my channel, Cheers!
