As was mentioned in the video the seat is a bit stiff but can be replaced. If you want a good starter bike with ample room for customization through aftermarket add ons then this is for you. A larger battery and a back tire after a year of use and I have ridden over 815 miles on it. Don’t expect too much support from the company but if you don’t mind tinkering with it yourself or your local bike shop tackling it it’s worth the price.

Not a trustworthy company. Narrak is. They have excellent customer support instead of no customer support, they actually ship what you buy, their price is amazing but not too good to be true, throwing in a spare battery and hundreds of extra $ of stuff for a 700$ e-bike, and they don’t have a hundred five star reviews for items that won’t be released for another month,

I ordered my Aipas over a month ago. After several time of “it will ship tomorrow” I started a dispute via PayPal for a bike or a refund. They offered me $20 on a $860 order. All I want is my money back, but I’m guessing they’re trying to accrue as much interest as possible. My plan for today is to report them to the BBB today. I encourage everyone to look at the FB adds comments and sort to “all comments.” Lots of people not getting bikes they ordered. This company is not trustworthy.

I’ve had mine for 6 months and I really like it over my fat tire e-bike. I watched reviews before I put mine together so I was warned of how the front end came in the box. I put a 115mm bar riser which is max for the cables and a suspension seat post which really adds to the ride quality. Finally I added a 11-28 rear freewheel which is an absolute game changer to eliminate ghost pedaling and pedaling through all the gears. Less than 100$ for all the upgrades. The front shock works well and it is virtually silent and I love the cruise control! When I wear the tires out I will probably try 2.1 inch tires instead of the 1.75 inch that it came with. The stock tires are very nice quality and silent as well. I’m still shocked at how inexpensive it is. The only way I will part with this bike is to someday get a bike with a torque sensor. Velotric discover 2 is looking pretty sweet but 3x’s the price!

I am deeply frustrated after purchasing an EB7 bundle pack from Jasion, which revealed unacceptable discrepancies between the two included bikes. Firstly, one bike was missing the essential specification sticker that denotes its class. More aggravatingly, the bikes' speeds differed significantly; one reached the advertised 28 mph while the other topped out at only 20 mph, despite Jasion’s claims of uniform performance on their website and marketing materials. This blatant inconsistency is not only aggravating but downright deceptive. Upon contacting Jasion to address these issues, their response was not just insufficient, but also dismissive and disrespectful. They initially claimed the maximum speed was 20 mph, contradicting the advertised specifications and the performance of the other bike. They then insultingly offered a $70 front basket as compensation for a grievance concerning a product worth over $700. When I demanded a replacement for the underperforming bike, they refused, citing concerns over resale value, even though the bike had less than 10 miles on it. Reluctantly, I agreed to install a new controller they provided, hoping it would correct the speed issue. This required me to dismantle a brand-new, expensive bike, a task that was ridiculous and highly inconvenient. The effort was in vain; the new controller failed to resolve the problem and introduced new error codes instead. Throughout this ordeal, Jasion’s customer service has been abysmal. They offered only repetitive, unhelpful one-sentence replies and delayed responses, clearly trying to evade providing a real solution. Their lack of accountability and failure to honor their 14-day satisfaction guarantee is a testament to their disregard for customer satisfaction and legal obligations. I have since initiated an A-Z claim through Amazon, which has acknowledged the misleading nature of Jasion's advertising and the severity of my issue. This entire experience has been a financial drain and a significant source of stress and disappointment. If Jasion continues to mislead customers about the performance of their products, as detailed in numerous consumer complaints, they may face a class action lawsuit. The disparity between the advertised and actual capabilities of the EB7 bikes, combined with insufficient and dismissive customer service, highlights a pattern of deceptive practices that could lead to legal consequences. It's crucial for Jasion to rectify these issues promptly by aligning their advertising with the true performance of their products and improving customer support. Failure to make these changes could not only erode consumer trust but also result in significant legal challenges under consumer protection laws. For anyone considering this product, I recommend steering clear of Jasion. Their unethical business practices and poor customer service indicate a company that does not deserve your trust or money. Instead, consider a more reliable brand like Lectric, which values customer satisfaction and maintains integrity in its product claims.

only the 2000 watts twin wheel motors keteles k800 ebike has a front wheel motor and rear wheel motor, the front wheel motor is switched on with red 0/1 toggle switch on and off on the right handlebar. The rear wheel is switched on with the digital color display program selector at center of handlebars. The mph/kph is changed with program 2 and the speed is maximized in program 8 . Access to all 17 programs is 2 buttons on left hand side of + - black switch pressed together at same time and held for a few seconds, the black switch on left handlebar. The front wheel cannot function unless rear wheel is also functioning and turning. Rear wheel power only, does not require front motor running. Using both motors will drain battery twice as fast, 20 miles maximum range with both motors over 35/40 miles with rear motor only and pedal assisting! The 1000 Keteles 1000 watts bike has no front wheel motor , only the K800 has both . Pedal assist 1 thru 5 will turn rear wheel only! Front wheel requires red button to be switched on! Do not try to run with front wheel motor only, it will not function unless rear wheel motor is engaged first! Using the brakes at any time cuts off the power to both motors simultaneously. Power is restored when both brakes are released, brakes must be functioned simultaneously to avoid skidding slipping and tire wear.To switch on program selector led display press button on bottom of black switch. Battery must be in place and switched or no display will be possible.
