Can you skip the lighting? It looks waaaaayyy too advanced for me. I’m barely getting into Lego or Lego adjacent builds. The manual makes it look overwhelming. If not, I may have to just stop, toss it, and stick to simpler builds.

So just to confirm as of 2024 if I buy the Liebherr set will it contain everything I need to create this MOC? and are the instructions still available on Rebrickable - and do the instructions explain everything needed to build and program this beauty? It's an expensive investment so once I go down this route I need to see it through to completion.. would be gutted if start the build and get stuck somewhere. I've not used the App ton control lego before but this looks like challenging but epic build. Thanks :D

For the price it’s really bad.. especially if you know the things lego designers can do! That being said.. I bought it for 300 new and for that price its acceptable

I ended up doing 2 upgrades (technically 1) to this MOC that I ended up building. The original had the wings mounted very filmsily by just 3 technic pins on each side & the wall they are mounted on to are only connected by a 1 stud row that easily detaches from the weight of the wing(s). I ended up incorporating a couple technic axles across the 2 wings in order to connect them together. I stacked the axles with 1x2 hollow cylinders in order to decorate them and incorporate their design into the build.

I had no interest in the car and the size was a problem. But a few weeks a I bought it for (!!!) €68,04. At this pricepoint I have nothing bad to say but it's not a good set. Many parts for my MEGA bin.

Hey, great video, really helpful! I have a question for you - Lego have updated the Powered Up app and I'm trying to figure out what a certain icon is from the old version guide to the new updated look. An example of the specific icon I'm trying to figure out is on screen in your video at 06:04 and it's the icon that looks like a grey thumb with a white bit in the middle. It's the lighter green which is attached to the bit underneath of each bit of code. I really hope you can help as I'm stuck and would love to continue building my Johnny 5! Thanks
