mine would he melfouf. similar to what is known as dolma or waraa ainaab. its a middle eastern dish consisting of spiced rice, minced meat usually lamb or beef and herbs as well , then wrapped in grape leaves (dolma) or my favorite , cabbage leaves (melfouf). the rolls get stacked in a pot and covered with water, pure olive oil, garlic and lemon (at least in my family) and then boiled til done. oh my goodness i can eat it all day every day for the rest of my life. even my mom doesnt like the smell of the cabbage and garlic cooked together but me personally?? its so nostalgic to me
