Great video and super helpful thank you! Curious, I've been working with the Head grips you are showing in this video on a couple of Head Radicals, and they continue to slide off the butt of the racquet, which is something I've never incurred before, do you have a recommendation for a double-sided tape to use to prevent the grip from continuing to slip off? Also wondering what your "finishing" tape is as well? Appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

Poly Tour Air or Lynx Touch? I use Lynx Touch, Great on arm & decent control & Tension maintenance but less spin and in crucial points balls have sailed longer. How is Poly Tour Air compared to that? I am using Yonex VCORE 98 2023

Alpha is awesome. I am currently using it with irukujandi in the crosses. A very comfortable feel. I have it in a speed pro 46lbs mains and 48lbs crosses.

@@rich.e I have TE. Just switched from Wasabi with a multi in a 18x20 to Tour M8 with a multi. Im wondering if I chose the wrong string with TE?
@robygong12675 сағат бұрын
Agree, Alpha is noticeably softer than M8.
@ryansolomon41785 сағат бұрын
@@robygong1267 but would you still consider M8 soft? I was using Wasabi and thought is was soft. I think the M8 is softer.

lmao as someone who watches your channel regularly, I have to point out that this was a train wreck of a video. That, or this was a video on how NOT to use a drop weight. Pro tip for anyone using a drop weight: Get a digital level. I use a Klein 935DAG. It is magnetic and you can rest it on the bar (it only weighs 1/5 of a pound). Also, check out physics of a drop weight on tennis warehouse forums.

Great explanation, thank you. Can’t wait to try your technique with the elbow coming around. Using a straighter arm is difficult to control and pointless. So true that most club players can’t do it correctly.

This was an interesting video. You don't often see players who try to replicate the PD98 experience. Rather, I'm in the camp that wants the PD100 in a thinner beam, but the 98 loses too many qualities that makes the 100 iconic.

Why you put a string on your starting clamp?
@jerome_morrow3 күн бұрын
This is actually Irukandji 2.0 that is a little firmer than the 1.0 version (white coloured). Slightly better tension maintenance, but neither version is especially good in this area. Both are super slippery as a cross string due to their coating and flat rectangular cross section. Loses tension fast like HEAD Lynx or Yonex Polytour Pro, but remains comfortably playable even at up to 20hrs. There is no need to obsessively ensure the string is not twisted during stringing as a few twists do not affect its performance. It’s a nice soft string for a cross, if that’s what one is looking for.
