It's hard to make a difference in cursive x and print x when you have to write fairly fast... I'm not used to switching between the two. If you can make the difference in your handwriting, more power to you!

I'm literally crying over here because I just finally understood something I couldn't get from second grade onward. I definitely had learning disability that was overlooked but now I'm just in awe that math could have been this simple all along. The teachers brought an equal number of empty drink cans each. All students brought the same number of empty drink cans. Each student brought 1/5 as many empty drink cans as each teacher. The difference between the empty drink cans brought by the teachers and students was 138. (a) How many teachers took part in the recycling exercise? (b) How many empty drink cans did each student bring? (c) How many empty drink cans were collected altogether?
