Great conversation! Its really terrible what happened to this man, but as usual folks come together, its inspirational.

Ryan Fowler you need to do some research 1st Clemson runs the Palmetto State 2nd Alabama is Big Cousin 3rd Clemson is Little Cousin but you need to know we are more connected than Bama & Auburn i have watched my team win 3 Titles BUT i always pulled for Bama in every Championship they have played but you're talking out of both sides of your mouth our defense was superior to your offense PERIOD 🧡💜🐅 ❤️🌊

First time I saw Fred play was in a game against the Eagles in Philly in ‘76. My dad took me to the game. My first impression of Fred was that he looked like no nonsense hard nosed WR. He stood out. He looked different than the typical WR. I’m sure a lot of teams keyed on him so he had to be sharp.

Martin Houston, I remember so much of you as a running back. From Martin Houston stuffed for a safety in 1990 Blockbuster Bowl vs Colorado - However, I've recently watched Saturdays in the South, didn't realize you were there in the 1989 Iron Bowl!! You truly are a RB legend.

I remember watching North Dallas Forty & thought Nick Nolte was exactly like Fred Belitnikoff. I think Fred was a consultant on that film?

Jason’s from the same town as me. Oak Ridge, TN. I was older then Jason by a few years. I was in the same class as his brother Eric. Him and Shaun Bohanan were both from Oak Ridge. We’ve had a few guys go pro. Mike Caldwell, Jason and recently Tee Higgins. Maybe a few others. Mike was older then me and played mostly in Baltimore as a MLB. Since Ray Lewis was there he didn’t get to play much.

Huge, huge props for Tide 100.9 being so respectful and objective for Mr. Ward. Eli Gold in turn will always be an SEC, national treasure. That said, hope we beat your butts the next 50 years in a row. But that’s how we roll the 3rd Saturday in October. Tip of the cap, Bama.

I was a young kid when I used to put on my crimson red jersey and helmet and reinact every single play Johnny Musso ran when games were televised. Watched with my dad who was a big fan, too. I vividly remember him carrying 10 or 15 defenders an additional 20 or 30 yards after first contact. 😀 Really, more like 3 or 4 defensive players an additional 5 or 7 years.

When I visited Canton in 2016, I told them I was a Raider fan, even though they aren't my favorite team, so I could give them an earful of what I thought of about them snubbing Kenny Stabler till after he couldn't enjoy it. They did the same thing to Cliff Branch also. They better not do that to Foo or I think Raider fans would burn that place down if they pulled another Raiders postmortem honors again.
