I started doing Neijia about 15 years ago I was sick of only training on Military Combat Systems and Hand To Hand Combat Basically training to hurt people Now I know Yang Style, Chen Style and Zhang Sen Feng styles of Tai Chi I also studied Wudang Quan and Qigong for over 10 years now I love Tai Chi and have gotten good enough to freestyle something, combining all I know to creating something from the Tai Chi
