Why not have gas struts on the doors? Makes it much easier to open, and it won’t drop down on your head or smash your hands.

we use the charcoal that we stock & supply. It's a South African lump wood coal made 100% from Ecyluptus

Damn everything was looking perfect until it looked like it is not easy to slide the trays in and out. Would be awesome to simply slide them out to glaze the meat and slide them back it. Looks like a bit of a struggle.
