Actually just got updated with some new lights, ceiling fan, a new dish washer, sink disposal, and replaced old bathtub valves/stems. Carpet cleaned, looks great. It's not like I am the owner or anything - just sayin'. Ok, well I could be the owner, let's just suppose.
