Hi, Troy. So sorry to hear you are still having trouble getting your AT-1 working well! I know our team has already made a visit to help tune it, but they are always available via phone, email and video call to continue problem shooting as well.

Nothing in the works at the moment for labeling, but we are always looking at new machines to improve the solutinos for available for craft!

This machines operates at 20-30 cans per minute, variating some based on beverage type, carbonation and temperature.

Base pricing starts at $65,000 USD; with the recommended spare parts kits, shipping and other optional add-ons, the total typical ends up at ~$70,000 USD.

The AT-1 (single head atmospheric filler/seamer) runs 6-12 CPM for carbonated beverages in standard 211 body diameter cans. The CP-4 (four-head counterpressure filler/seamer) runs 23-30 CPM in standard, sleek or slim cans; multiple fill volumes in each; carbonated or still beverages (w/ LN2 doser). The RT-212 (rotary infeed table) can run up to 60CPM. The PTA (can handle applicator) runs 100+ CPM.
