As of now these models movements seem a bit... underdeveloped. Well I am impressed that this project is still going on after so many years. I am curious what the end result will be.

Hello there! Yeah, i know the movements are a bit off, to be honest, i have replaced the system that is responsible for that a few hours before making this video. I had a system that worked better, but it was so heavy, it caused stuttering. But this one, although not too great, is very simple and easy to run.

About that... These models are placeholders. I have a much better model, but it has no textures yet and i'm making animations right now. It will have the ragdolls, ik and all the planned, but currently missing features

I could, yeah. But i don't really want to. Yet. As of now, the magazine component only spawns 1 model. I could make it spawn however many i need, but what's the point if only one gun is gonna use it? But who knows? Maybe the issue of all the plugs being the same color will piss me off enough to make me come up with an actual solution lol

Hellooo!... I'm glad what you finally came back! I was missing you so much!... I have some ideas for your peoject! The first one is "HUD color customization" options' tab, second is to remake underbarrel granade launcher using render from Half-life 2 mod called "Lost squad" as reference, and third one, after full release of your game create archive called "Quarter Fraction legacy collection" where will be stored all old major updates of your game and publish it somewhere! 😁

Hello! Thanks for your ideas! I already have ways to change the color of your ui, through the config. And i did plan on having a ui customization tab for some of the modern options too. So yeah it's probably coming. But at the very least you'll still have a config. I looked up the grenade launcher you suggested, looks neat. But not very usable unfortunately. I'll probably model one off of the irl grenade launchers. Idk about the collection, but i will make a dev video with the project progress over time. Good thing i have years of archival footage on this channel heheh.

Hey guys. Been a while. Sorry for not getting in contact sooner. I've been having problems in the past months, so i kinda couldn't. Problems with motivation, i couldn't make assets of desired quality no matter how much time spent on certain things. Other things, other projects looked very attractive, while this one grew kind of stale. Truth to be told, i was trying to get into animating characters, but couldn't. So instead of trying to get back from where i left off, i decided to, well, first of all, finish remaking the gun models. I have added a pistol and an smg last summer, and then immediately jumped to npc animations. And that ended up stalling me. So, i will finish these gun models first, then i'll go over animations, when i get more experience. Sorry there hasn't been much in terms of development in the past half a year. Let's hope that this new start will be the final push, that the game needs to get a release. Oh and the last thing. I'm not going to post much on this yt channel, only when i have something good to show. So, if you are reading this - please, join the discord channel if you haven't already. I'm posting daily updates there, letting you know what i'm currently working on. You will find the link in the description of this video. Let's have a chat.
