Yes we missed you; I hope you started Christmas shopping (saying that to myself also); the jiblets were cute! & sometimes that wrapping is too much lol; the winter fits bout to be cute!!!; gift cards be the go-to cause I can't mess up getting what you don't want; & what y'all don't know is that April really did stay consistent with the content!!! So yes 2024 was better, and 2025 is just going take off! & that's our era for sure in this season, SHOW UP FOR YOURSELF!!!; Publix do got that good good!; & the content is definitely a written diary for your future self to look back on; I loveeeeeee the sister tats!!!; It was a hot behind summer fr!!& starting is important wherever you are in whatever position you're in, just start! :)

So, I'm at PF also! Sign up for a 30 minute trainer session. It's free and they will guide you with what to do. I feel like you, lost, when I get there, so I will do that 30 minute circuit and the treadmill usually. And, I do the Total Body Enhancement. It's a plate that vibrates (read up on it) and red light therapy. AMAZING! Love you!
