The word "spirit" in your Bible is a metaphor for the "MIND" and Consciousness . "God is Spirit" ( John 4:24 ) "God" is the Mind and Consciousness that dwells in ALL people and in ALL things.... not some old man up in the sky somewhere . Just as the words "serpent", the "devil" and "Satan" are ALL metaphors for the "carnal mind" of man, and not some evil boogie man out to get you . "That old serpent called the devil and Satan that DECEIVES the whole world. " ( Revelation 12:9 )

Thank you for not compromising God's truth. May YHWH & Yeshua continue to bless you abundantly. When I was in elementary school, in the 70s-80s, part of our assignment were book reports. I did reports on the history of Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter & Halloween. Once God opens your eyes, you cannot unsee it. You then need to make a choice... choose God or the enemy's way of the world. It's that simple. I feel sad when I explain to family & friends why I don't participate in these rituals and they still choose to do them. I pray the Holy Spirit will eventually help them reflect on their actions and choose differently next time, before it's too late. 😇🙏🏼❤️
