It was at the beginning. The band is 2 inches Girth is 5 inches and the section for the pleats is 6 inches which would be 3 times your waist measurement plus 2 inches allowance. You have to make adjustments where you need to.

You need to specify in full words - and not just " or ' as its confusing weather youre using centimetres or inches!!!! Its clear youre using both cm and inches when you make a video. I know you wont reply, which i find annoying! 😂😂😂😂
