Try shampoo and conditioner and white vinegar shot together when you wash... Don't comb.. wash dry with t shirt and see the results.. you're not allergic.

I don’t know if you’re dealing with anything mental but that’s not a protective style at all you’re going to lose more hair because all that buildup in your hair and the amount of time you had it braided.
