Yea can't really tell how deep he was fishing or what hook he was using. Not very informative just sitting here watching people catch fish.

The lake where I live is getting more & more cabins. The pike & walleye are getting harder to find. I've been looking targeting these, they put up a fight like a trout.

I’d love any info you would be willing to give on finding them through the ice here. We have a place out here and I’ve decided I’m finally going to figure out where the whitefish and burbot are. If I'm keeping some Perch to eat, I will use a Perch-eye for bait on my ice jig. I also wacky-rig a Crappie Minnow for Perch & Whiteys.

For Example May/June Bobber with Chironomid, July/August Trolling Flies ect Or perhaps your techniques work throughout the whole open water season? Thanks for sharing your tips. Currently there are more & more open water whitefish videos but when you first started posting Whitefish video's there wasn't much out there on KZbin.

Just to give you an idea of how well sound travels through water: the sounds you're hearing are not of the fish scraping across the bottom/hitting the camera. You're hearing the footsteps of the people up above walking through the snow. At one point, I believe you can briefly hear a car engine as well.

Just curious what type of camera you used the clarity is excellent. I have a huge spawning ground for Burbot on my 13 acre lakefront property and would love to be able to see them under the ice.
