That's very similar to the EASUN hybrid inverter I'm currently troubleshooting. I'm measuring 29v DC from a PV panel at the " PV" input of the inverter but the Inverter is displaying PV voltage = 0v and there is no PV mimic on the LCD display. New inverter and solar panel. Suspecting faulty inverter / poor quality controls.

Good effort. To enhance safety, please increase the separation between live and neutral on the perfboard by removing copper pads in between. This will reduce risk of arcing, as the current spacing may not meet safety standards. Also, I recommend using epoxy instead to hold the DIY AC line filter in place.

Good day sir! I have a similar problem, a short circuit at the battery input, most likely reversed polarity. Out of 8 MOSFETs, 2 are short-circuited. They are TK100E08N1, can I put TK100E10N1 instead of them, only these 2 that are short-circuited, or do I have to put all 8 TK100E10N1? Thank you and best regards!

I have the same inverter . When i test the input positive multimeter lead to positive input, and negative lead to the negative input it doesnt beep in buzzer mode , but if i swap the leads it beeps, is that noemal ?

I think I'm facing the same problem with my inverter. It's showing error code 08. One of the 1M resistors that you indicate was measured just 820K ohms. Is it the same type of measurement that you find in your case?

Hi, let me start by saying you did some amazing repairs. Hats off to you. So let me get to the point. So I bought a Y&H 4200W 24Vdc 220Vac Solar Hybrid Inverter. I hooked it up to 2 of my 410-watt solar panels each with 37.2 open voltage. It came on well, I plugged a light bulb in, and wow, the bulb was on. So I took it off and then I went to buy another panel, and that's when it started giving me a low pv error, I was like, maybe I just need to get the 6 panels it said were recommended, and so now I have 7 panels altogether in series that were recommended again, but I am still getting the low pv error with 230V+. I would like your knowledge to understand this because the seller is not giving me a straight-up answer.

Hello, 2 years ago I purchased the same hybrid inverter. One day it shutdown. I pullout and check, found out that there is 2 shorted fast recovery diode and blown thermistor. I replaced it and tested it. It turned on but there is an error 01. The 2 fan wont turned on. I tested the fan it work on 12vdc psu. Any recommendations? thanks
