मंदीप जी ऐसा इसलिए होता है क्योंकि Probit ऑफ़ Kill और कंसंट्रेशन में जो ग्राफ बनता है वो सिग्मोइड टाइप का होता है उसे straight line बनाने के लिए straight लाइन की equation ki jarurat hoti h Y=MX+c. aur achi tarah se agar samajna h to man k chaliye apki 50% mortality 5mg pr hai to ye jaruri nahi experiment main 25% mortality 2.5mg pr hogi ya 75% 7.5mg pr hogi waha 2.1 bhi ho sakti h aur 6.9 bhi ho sakti h jaisi apki value hogi us k anushar apki LD 50 aur LC 50 hogi. samajta hu apko jaruri jankari mil gayi hogi.

probit Equation is Y=a+bX+c a= Intercept b=slope c= error Y=mortality in terms of probit of kill X = concentration in term of log value of a and b is given in probit estimate table.
