You forgot to add different dialect, different history (Somaliland was never colony like French Somaliland and Italian Somaliland, Somaliland was a British protected state, not a British Colony or British Protectorate), different parliament (Somaliland parliament is picked by the citizens while Somalia parliament is picked by house of elders),
