Hi if you go to settings on your Apple Watch, then go to general, then click orientation. From there you can change where the Digital Crown goes

I classed my home videos through the Apple TV app on my mac, but on my iPhone only the thumbs of each shows show up, but not of the contents. They are all blacked out with three dots in the center. This should be resolved.
